Gas prices at this time in Lexington, KY are around $2.00 a gal. However, the oil companies hook us and then have us pay more for gas inn cycles. I don't trust them and I will continue to ride my electric bike as much as possible.

By the way, these are the most incredible bikes I have ever seen. Thanks for an incredible blog!

When I first got ...
When I first got the bike it would only go about 15 to 20 miles on a full charge, now it can go to about 30 to 35 miles on a full charge. If I peddle for about 5 minutes I get about 15 minutes of power.

the dynamo is ...
the dynamo is pretty useless, you are just converting the power the electric motor makes back into electricity. surely there are frictional losses too... you are probably losing power

trying to..but I ...
trying to..but I recently F56ked up the MCC. (Maybe have 2 buy new one :(( !!) Dont use NanoPh though...use NiMH safe , biodegradable, much much cheaper and drain fast - actually a good property if they release their charge fast. Also you dont need a heavy DEWALT pack etc. cos NiMH dont need sensors.

He has a pretty good bike there..BUT it still looks like a contraption not like something that was designed to be used in that way.

Green has to get 'cooler' in order to beat global warming!

not entirely... I ...
not entirely... I call a geodesic regenerative brake dynamo senses when you are rolling down a hill...as you apply the brakes to slow down your speed the dynamos increase their pressure on the tire wall assiting breaking...when the regenerative breaks cut in...even after you come to a complete halt the dynamo and regenerative breaks still continue to generate power.

In the works. dynamos uphill or on the straight maybe...but when breaking or downhill the you get energy.
