well, i’m impressed. glad to see there is still people taking lots of pride in the work they do. keep up the great work. how much does your typical bike cost? i understand they are all custom, just an average

Mostly Steel. We also make bikes from Aluminum and Ti, but most people like the price, weight, and ride of the steel bikes the best.

a bit pricy , but the quality is AWESOME, I normaly go through bikes like mad ( I do downhill racing) but I have had only for about 2 years and its fantasic.. so overalll, its well worth it

can you get a just the frame made,handlebars and rims made?
do you use other brands products, or do you make your own Forks Handlebars ECT.??

We can make just …
We can make just about any bike. We do not specialize in bikes that have rear suspension though. We have made some, and are certainly willing to make any design you would like.

I loved the vid. I am a tool and die maker, and I wish I could do what you guys do. frame building looks like it has that old school attention to detail and craftsmanship that is totally lost in today’s automated “precision” machining world. keep up the good work.

Both welders are TIG. The red one is a Lincoln and the blue one is a Miller

in the beginning …
in the beginning what kind of welder was that, TIG, it was the arc one, not the gas.
